AFTN Rodeo

Athletes For The Nations is an organization that allows athletes of all ages, sports, and skill levels to use their success to become significant. AFTN has many opportunities for athletes to get involved and help impact lives around the world. As we have focused on sports such as football, soccer, and basketball in the past, we are excited to launch a new branch of Athletes For The Nations.

Athletes For The Nations: Equine Division was started by Kristy Lee Cook. Kristy has a passion for horses and also for using her gifts to help people less fortunate than her. The Equine Division includes but not limited to events such as barrel racing, bull riding, horse racing, etc. If you compete in any equine competition, you can become and AFTN Athlete and begin to use your success to help people around the world.

How To Become An AFTN Athlete:

  • If you are a professional and are competing for money, you can commit to donating a percentage of your winnings to Athletes For The Nations. You may also get people to join your team and donate a percentage of your winnings as well. The money received will go to people who are in need of the basic necessities to survive.
  • If you do not compete for money, you can ask people to join your team and donate a certain dollar amount for a variety of achievements. For example, you can receive pledges for a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place finish or for a certain time you receive. This will depend on the event you compete in. Again, all the money you raise from your success will go to help people all over the world.

If you are interested in joining AFTN and starting your own team, please contact John Dutton at

Together, we can impact the world one person at a time.
